The project of refurbishment, reconstruction, and extension of villa "Zagreb" from the former "Railway Workers Resort" in Čikat Bay in Mali Lošinj is another one in a series of construction and cosmetic undertakes at the mentioned location, which resulted in an accommodation facility of superior quality.

The building and the exterior of the building are under protection as a cultural monument, which is why special attention was paid to the restoration and reconstruction of the façade and the harmonization of external and internal design. The refurbishment and reconstruction included complete reinforcement and reconstruction of the constructive system of the building and harmonization with new standards both for sound and thermal insulation, heating, cooling, and ventilation, as well as for complete functional and aesthetic decoration of the interior space, including claddings, fabrics, and furniture.

In addition within the same plot, tucked away from the promenade and hidden by partially tall pine trees, the semi-buried object was reconstructed and equipped as a fitness facility. This object, positioned between the historicist villa "Zagreb" and the "Glass Pavilion", the luxuriously equipped villa of modern design, with its straight lines and glass surfaces, follows the style of the "Glass Pavilion" making a stylishly unique area.

The renovation covers not only the building but also the entire exterior of the building on the plot.
